The only information that I can find that’s close to the book is on this web page:

The two pictures give an idea, the plate (13) that is larger than the one used for the VRC-12 I have that plate mounted on the other side of the M151 along with the scoop mount for an antenna. The GRC-106 only mounts on the driver’s side of the Mutt being the antenna base is designed for attachment to the driver’s side only. Go figure. Lots out there about building the 106 into a shelter or the back of a truck. I already have the complete installation kit for truck (M-1008) but want to do the M151 thing being that I already have the 151, its set up for 24 volt operation and have land that I can drive the thing around the house and operate away from all the interference that’s in the modern household these days.
Will be taking many pictures and posting things as it comes together.

The installation manual for AN/GRC-106 in M151 is TM 11-2300-351-15-1. 10 pages plus one wide (wider than 17") foldout. I only have one original but could probably scan and reprint it. I checked but it is not on LOGSA.

Do you have an electronic copy of the installation instructions for that setup? Often thought of putting one in my own M151 but could never locate the installation manual.

I know it’s a long shot but never hurts to ask; I am installing my AN/GRC-106 on the back of my M151A1 and am in need of the MK-1373 mounting kit. I have just about everything for the kit except for the SC-F-52095 mounting plate that goes between the fender and the MT-3140 mounting bracket for the radio. It’s just a heavy sheet metal plate with a couple bends and brace to go between the radio mount and the fender on the jeep, doesn’t sound like much but without it it’s an issue trying to work up something to attach the radio mount to. If anyone has the entire kit or just the plate being that’s all in need I would like to buy, swap or work out some form of trade.
I have the antenna mount, base and all that sort of stuff but at some point am going to need the antenna assembly also.
