[MRCA] pre net activity

If the weather cooperates tomorrow morning before the M&S Net at twelve hundred hours local will be attempting to try QSO with K4CHE in Dover DE from my QTH in Salisbury MD on 51.0 and 29.6 wide band FM. I will be using my AS-2851 Log Periodic on a north heading from my QTH to Mr. Smiths QTH. This will all be using the M151 with the VRC-12 and GRC-106 for the M&S Net weather dependent. Have no desire to play radio in the rain.  Anyone else interested is encouraged to try to operate with us at that time. I will also be monitoring 5357.0 USB thought to try to coordinate.
