[MRCA] Converting the PRC-77 to Noise Squelch

        I was supposed to rake leaves this afternoon but instead I 
posted some information on converting the PRC-77 to "Noise Squelch". 
Info on replacing the Tone Squelch board with commercial squelch boards 
as well as  fairly simple mods to the A54 and A54A Tone Squelch modules 
is discussed in detail.  I will get the leaves tomorrow.
