[MRCA] Field accoutrements and NVIS antenna FS

  I assume that the NVIS antenna is a AS-2259, several years ago Gene 
AD3F did some Smith Chart calculations  and I did some field testing. A 
really neat antenna kit in a small package.  Results at:
