[MRCA] R-390A query

Jeep,

The last time that I actually did this may have been 48 years ago and 
15,000 miles away but most if not all of the R-390A/URR manuals have a drawing in 
the NAVSHIPS manual and I think in the -35 showing how to initially set the 
mechanical position of the various cams and slug racks.  If memory serves 
(and this does NOT work with an R-390/URR), this is set with the band switch 
(MC knob) and tuning display at a frequency of 7,999+ KC. There is a line 
engraved on (I think the rear of) each visible cam.  Beyond that, I don't 
exactly recall the details.
