[MRCA] [Milsurplus] Fooled, Deluded or Just Nuts

Is it not a kid's code practice buzzer with light? There are no 
frequency determining elements and the notations on the sheet are in 
English. Looks like a battery hooked up to the two terminals on the 
outside of the box...
