[MRCA] [ARC5] Cross Pond Attempt AN/GRC-9 and WS-19 Operations - COMEX 0400Z 25 MAY 2915

Bravo!  I'll listen in with my GRC-109 - I have a crystal for 7031 Kc.
With reasonable conditions that circuit should work across the pond.  I
have worked F6KNB with the GRC-109 on 7031 using a dipole from California.
(time was 0040Z)
