[MRCA] East Coast Rally

The Aberdeen East Coast Rally is taking place tomorrow and this weekend. 
I will be  set up in the SE section of the Ripken Stadium area. Look for 
the 20-25 foot  AT-1011 antenna (length depending on wind condx)  with 
the "k4che loading coil mod " in the center section.  If my trusty 28 to 
14 volt inverter holds up I will have the APRS beacon on using  K4CHE as 
the call without any - suffix. (Walt started this APRS stuff and is to 
blame)  The standard pushes of 51.0 and 3.885 will be used  as well as 
5.357.
