[MRCA] ANNUAL ARMED FORCES DAY CROSSBAND MILITARY/AMATEUR RADIO COMMUNICATIONS TEST (09-10 MAY 2015)

Has anyone participated in this and gotten the certificate they promise.
I've tried twice and I was pretty sure I followed the directions and never
received anything. Not upset or anything just wondering what other people's
experience has been.
