[MRCA] Grimeton SAQ transmission info

_L_ars SM6NM forwarded this info to me for the transmission of Grimeton 
Station SAQ on 17.2 Kcs on June   28th. Note the times are in Zulu - - - 
to convert to local sandwich time subtract 4 hours for EDST. Which puts 
it at    05:00  EDST with tune up 30 minutes prior at O-Dark-Thirty.
So far the only ones in our MRCA group to pick up the LF transmission is 
Al N3FRQ and K4CHE. I've had very good luck with just using loops but 
usually at a remote location but have successfully copied it at the home 
QTH using a loop to null out the local noise. Want a RF  challenge? Give 
it a try.
