[MRCA] Weare Rally

Had a great time at the Weare show, had a URC-4 QSO with Dean KK1K, Pete
WB2JWU and myself K1HF.  Checked in to the M&S from Dale's rig at noon on
Saturday.  Dale was busy running around with club duties in his GRC-19
equipped M38A1.  Did not see anything exciting as far as radio equipment
for sale, a few VRC items, and a couple of rough looking GRC-106 pieces.
