I received the email below probably due to the fact that a web search turned me up. I'm pretty much in the downsizing mode these days, plus VA is a long haul from TX. If anyone on the east coast wants to pursue it, here is everything that I know. I would guess based on the three items he listed (probably at random) that the vintage is 60's or 70's or later. Note that his sending email address was different from the one that he gave for contact.
