[MRCA] T-195 Auto-NoTune

Don't know what would happen to the chopper motor in the can at 60 HZ but the issue I was running into is that the thing would go but the contacts were not working. Have thought of drilling small hole and squirting contact cleaner in but don't know the wisdom of that. The only true test I have found is substituting in a working servo system, easy on an ARC-38 or a 180L antenna tuner but looks like a huge issue doing anything with a T-195 out of its case.
If I did not have ten thousand other things going on maybe it would be an idea to try using a 4066 bilateral switch and working up a small circuit that uses two of the internal gates and works as a virtual chopper. The 4066 has four gates and they magically appear as an analog contact closure to the outside world although it's all on one little chip.

Ray,
Question for you.... Do you suppose I can test these choppers using 6.3v at 60HZ? I found a small larder of them and should test each one. Interestingly enough, there are several mfgrs indicated with multiple p/n on each one?
