[MRCA] Saturday Net

Well, I know I didn't do well on the M&S 60m freq, but I did do quite well
on 20m and 10m.  Although, I'm not so sure if anyone I talked to
participated in the Moose and Squirrel net, or even MRCA.

 

I setup right on the rim of the Palo Duro Canyon, just south of Amarillo.  

 

Regardless, it was all fun!

I'm going to setup the PRC-320 near Palo Duro Canyon Park, near Amarillo TX,
on Saturday evening.  

 

I realize that's likely too far for the 60m frequency, but I'm just
wondering if anyone is planning to be on the air tomorrow?  Would like to
try a QSO with someone, perhaps on another HFPack frequency.

Happy Thanksgiving! Being that I had a couple days off from work with the
holiday I was able to do some of the other part time things yesterday and am
thinking of taking the "Moose & Squirrel" net on the road this Saturday and
operating from the beach at Cape Henlopen State Park, Fort Miles facility in
Delaware. Wanted to try to encourage other stations to try operating from
remote of field locations also.

The Net is at 12:00 hours local on 5357.0 USB
