[MRCA] PRC-74b antenna connection

Team,
     This is how I've been connecting my PRC-74b antenna, a 20 meter dipole.  Does this look correct to you?  I've been using ring terminals to keep the mess of wire under control, am I undermining my signal strength by doing it this way?

I am getting out a little, earlier today I worked a station in Eastern Europe like this, but so far that's my only positive result.  Any suggestions?
