Jeep,
I don't know this particular amp. However, in audio circuits, "mixing"
generally refers "summing" of audio signals, rather than heterodyne
mixing. Typically, the signals from a number of sources are summed in a
resistive network, that provide isolation between sources. An
amplifier, perhaps 20 dB or so, is used to make up the loss through the
summing network..
So, the AM-142 is likely a straight forward amp. Leave the feedback in
place.
