[MRCA] Code Wheel Mystery

      Here is a mystery for you CW buffs.  This "code wheel" was posted 
on a MRCA member's William Donzelli eBay listing.  The question is what 
are the letters or the call sign or word  encoded on the wheel that the 
wheel is generating when it turns ? See attach photo.
BTW William often has some very interesting military comm stuff on his 
listing. His seller ID is "toober".
