[MRCA] Squad radio fun

I've found that 151.4 works most of the time particularly if the signal 
is 5 to 10 uV or better. PL networks for tuning to the exact frequency 
of 150.0 are available on ePay. Ramsey also make a tunable PL unit but I 
have not tried it.
