[MRCA] AM-3349/Gilbert

WOW! I wonder what might have caused this. I have a GRC-106 in my MSC-37
commo shelter and hope this never happens to it. There was a bulletin
about the turret contacts in the TM. I wonder if it was a mis-alignment
between the turret and the contacts.
