[MRCA] Clandestine CW Radio Ops at MRCA Meet

OK you guys,
Dust off your radios, and practice Morse a little. I think even I can
manage this.
I believe I have the RS-6 working. If not there is an RS-1. Let me
know if you want to practice on 3570, and I'll try not to be too much of
a LID.
