[MRCA] Gilbert/Wire

I have scrounged around the supply room and have come up with about 1.5
miles of wire, EE-8A phone and splicing tool with 3 loaded magazines.
  I have never used the phone before but I have around 100v ring voltage
and I can hear myself talk in the handset when the switch is pressed so I
think it works.  My phone case is canvas and won't snap as Al reported on
his.  I have a fix and will post on it later.
