[MRCA] Frankenstein Tuner Saga Continues

The Frankenstein Tuner project continues to evolve. Got the input 
capacitor mounted on nice birch wooden blocks topped by lexan. The 
circuit has been changed from the "Ultimate Transmatch" to the later 
"SPC" transmatch as published in QST- - both require a dual section 
variable capacitor.   A reflected power bridge  and meter have been 
installed and the input and output connector locations  finalized. Turns 
counter dial added to the roller inductor.  Leads from the upper deck to 
the lower deck are now fed through ceramic bushings. Tuner tip for the 
day when using a tuner for unbalanced to unbalanced matching  without a 
balun if you run across a difficult match, try reversing the tuner, put 
the input into the output side - output into the input.  BTW if you are 
contemplating  one of the above circuits and do not have a dual section 
capacitor in your box then use two separate caps.
