They are as hen's teeth, scarce and hard to find, at best.  I found one 
on Ebay and was the sole bidder in about 2004.  But, the reason for the 
reply was to let you know, FWIW, is that the power transformer in the 
PP-32 can be replaced, form, fit, and function with the transformer from 
an HP 608-series signal generator.  See, those anchors DO have a 
use!!!   They work very well and lot's of current.
