[MRCA] Moose & Squirrel Fourth Birthaday Party

Perhaps we can encourage stations to go out as a special event and maybe take photos of operation? Have to look into maybe taking the morning off and setting up the 151 out back again and I know that Mr. Smith can plan or do something special that would be up to the level required for such an event. I am already looking forward to it; make up for not doing anything for the 1983 event.
