interesting. I heard K1JHM gang busters (westchester county, ny - about 30 miles north of N3FRQ) but never heard NN2K. I heard you, Breck but had to tune around a lot to get you. I also did hear N3FRQ try to raise the net several times, but I I don't think he heard anyone. A little tough for me, operating a mackay commerical receiver with no VFO, just lots of push buttons for freq, up, down and mode. I spent a lot of time switching between LSB, USB, AME (full carrier) and A3E (reduced carrier). Boy are my fingers tired!
Look forward to next week.

Well I was sort of against 3830 as a frequency but I think we should continue. It worked out fairly well. Sigs from K1JHM and NN2K would knock you out of your chair. Coming in third was Mark KD3ZK and I got a report about his WWII Willys? Anyway he has the engine in and is driving it around.Maybe see it at Aberdeen this year?
Interesting so see how many of our members have a military vehicle. Good
grief, maybe start a MRCA Military Vehicle Net. :-) So lets press on
with 3830?
