Folks,

We'll try M&S AM operations again tonight after the OMRN 01:00Z CW Net.

N3FRQ will start out on 3830 KHz AM at approximately 01:50 Z (9:50 PM 
EST). I'd appreciate it if a couple of 100-watt'ish stations would join 
me to establish an open frequency. If we move significantly off 3830, 
we'll post our frequency on this email reflector.

I expect to formally call up the net at 02:00Z. We'll utilize the normal 
M&S directed-net format.
