[MRCA] suggestion for M&S net

Good thought Eugene, although no one should be hesitant on speaking up if
someone if not acknowledged by the net control.  If someone is not heard or
acknowledged, many times they turn off instead of continuing to try so quick
acknowledgement is important. at least, this has been my experience..

I would like to suggest that whoever is net control ask for a relay when the
check ins occur at the top or the bottom of the list.  Maybe a secondary
person somewhere else (i.e. N3RFQ and secondarily WA2JWU). That would help
when the NC is not audible to the stations wishing to check in. This way
other stations might hear the call for check ins from the relay station.
Just a thought.
