[MRCA] [Milsurplus] Early civil radio and ATC

A  lot of the photos were taken near or at the Marine Terminal at LGA.  
I often parked there  when I was flying for different companies.  I was 
there the day they took down the last of Pan Am signs and put up the 
Delta signs, a sad day for aviation.
