[MRCA] field antenna

A half wave piece of wire is resonant at that frequency regardless of  
where power is fed into it, i.e. at one end (subject case), in the  
middle (dipole), off-center (Windom).  The feed point impedances will  
be different in each case but the antenna remains "resonant."  Also,  
resonant antennas are not inherently more efficient radiators than non- 
resonant length wires, the feed-point impedance, radiation resistance,  
radiation patterns, etc., calculations are just simpler for the  
resonant case.
