[MRCA] Any BC-669 experts near VA/MD/DC?

I have a really nice BC-669D that has ham band crystals that I would like checked out. It was operational back in the late 60's. It's from an SK estate, the gent was in his 90's and the family wanted it gone or it was going to the dump. (Ugh-heartbreaking)
I also have two crystal caddies for the TX/RX crystals. Would be open to trading gear for your time. The power supply has the cabinet, but not the front cover. I have a case for the 669 but it's for a B version, but not the interior box mounting brackets which could be made. I have some ideas on how to make them using readily available angled table leg parts. There may be crystals other 669 owners could use (3885? Not sure) but there may be some close.
Anyone interested?
