[MRCA] prc-74 help needed

Jeff,
Power enters the Power Supply from the rear, goes through a fuse, and
out to the switch on the front panel. Then, back to the power supply.
You can disconnect these circuits via screw terminals on TB2 adjacent to
the PS to ring them out with your ohmmeter.
Schematics attached. Sounds like a short in the switch circuit. Stuck
relay comes to mind, but work one step at a time.
