.not to mention the nasty RF burn Sfveg the Viking is about to get...

Oh, but you can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because some
watery tart threw a sword at you.

I order you to be quiet!

Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a
system of government.

Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from
some farcical aquatic ceremony.

(couldn't come up w/ a Boris Badenov quote involving Vikings, sorry)

Ahh, the Lady of the Lake. As she held aloft Excalibur, the 60 meter
hamstick.

In an effort to investigate the reports of Boris Badenov and
Natasha Fatale in my area I conducted a Long Range Reconnaissance Patrol of
the Nockamixon lake. Intel suggested that this best be accomplished by
disguising my team as ordinary day kayakers. Insertion was at 1300 Zulu
via the south end of the lake and the patrol progressed west to east.
Neither of the HVT's were located. The only casualty of this mission was my
60 meter hamstick and a clamp on mount. Regrettably they were lost in 40
feet of water and are unrecoverable. I was able to accomplished Comms with
the net via an AT-271 on my VX-1210 radio on 5 watts. Due to poor signal
reports I rowed closer to shore and threw a 40 foot section of Gibson girl
wire into and overhanging tree and paddled in the opposite alley to keep it
out of the water. It was then reported that my comms improved. I also
checked in to ECARS and they believe I was the first kayak to ever chec
 k in on
 that net.......
