[MRCA] Pw177wa tubes

Well I got my tubes today and they are pulls not NOS as advertised.  Three are shorted but one is in working order.  I have written the seller and I will see what he is willing to do for me.  So worst case I paid 46 bucks for a tube.  Not a great deal but I can live with it.
