[MRCA] GRA-39 Gilbert Ops Walt Started this

I'd like to try it with the GRC-106 parked in my driveway in the front
of my property and me with the C-433 in the back (1/2 mile or so away)
I've used DC remotes when I worked at a Motorola shop way back in the
dark ages. The only thing is that the GRC-106 has to be tuned before it
will transmit precluding any attempt to turn it on and off remotely so
another reason I removed the heavy mount, although it did look great.
