[MRCA] GRA-39 Gilbert Ops Walt Started this

I would certainly try the group of 9 volt batteries, certainly it would 
hold up enough for the duration of the rally.  A single 9 volt battery 
is a great energy source.
Incidentally I tried using 9 volt batteries in the GRA-39 and it worked 
great.
A lot easier than stuffing 6 dollar store D cells in the box.
