[MRCA] URC-4

I've fashioned up a test power supply for my two URC-4s. I'm going to do a
full function check to determine my punch list on what needs to be done to
get them on 144.25.

The connector on the bottom on the radio.  Using my continuity checker I
found ground and B+ and A+. I'd still like to confirm the pins before I
apply power.

Can anyone confirm the pins before I apply voltage?
