[MRCA] Something Does Not Belong?

The leather handle is the one normally associated with the SCR-509/510 and 
SCR-609/610 sets.  It wasn't normally issued with the BC-1306 but that's 
what the two D-rings are actually for.  Apparently you had to "special order" 
it.
