The MT-3613/PRC-74 is somewhat scarce, but they show up from time
to time on ebay.  Typically the MT-3613 is acquired together with
the AB-955 and AS-1887A/PRC-74.

Those holes would, IMHO, permanently destroy the value of your
RT-794B/PRC-74 except for parts value.  A really horrific idea!
Some sort of home-made bracket could be made to avoid violation
of the integrity of the RT-794B.

After all, the 1968 AN/PRC-74B has historical value in the context
of the Vietnam War.  For that reason alone, the RT-794B is my
favorite military portable HF set.

At least...until it gets ham-hacked.  :-)
