[MRCA] Battery Charger at Gilbert

I am planning to attend the meet at Gilbert all day Friday and would 
like to experiment on a BB-590/U that I have. Some of the members have 
suggested that I (we) might be able to resurrect this NiCad through 
shock therapy  with an appropriate charger. Being more of a user and not 
a maintainer, I don't have the military battery chargers to try this at 
home (and some would say I should seek adult supervision to do so 
anyway). Therefore, if any of the adults on this list could bring their 
chargers to Gilbert for said ritual I would be most appreciative.
