[MRCA] PRC-106 Project

I have two working PRC-106 radio's and I would like to enlist some one to
convert it to 144.250.  The deal is I will purchase all parts necessary to
convert both and give the second unit to the builder.  The second radio is
missing the antenna but does have a bnc adapter and a new N cell battery
adapter.  If the project works out I will also supply the missing battery
compartment cap.
