[MRCA] AS-2259 fascination

Wasn’t there another antenna along the same lines that was somewhat taller
(shorter?) than the AS-2259?

Every military radio I have ever taken into the field would rather drive an
AS-2259 than a pure 50-ohm resistive load, so perhaps that explains the
fascination.
