[MRCA] PRT-4/PRR-9 power

Hi Scott -
I power my PRT-4 with two 9 volt batteries in series.  The PRR-4 is powered
by 4 AA batteries in series.  Lashup as appropriate...  Some details on

They work great.  Interesting system, albeit short lived in Vietnam usage.
