[MRCA] PRC-47 Frequency Tune Mod

I continue to receive emails concerning problems with the fine tuning mod for the PRC-47. There are several sites that continue to publish an earlier and  outdated version of the procedure on their site. The latest version and the one that will produce the greatest "deviation" in frequency can be found at:
