[MRCA] Gilbert Imported Canvas Bags

I saw several of our members purchasing those "cheap" imported radio 
bags at Gilbert for $2 bucks. I decided to change the color from the 
original of "Ho Chi Minh trail tan" to a green   and used RIT dye, 
"Kelly Green". I will probably do the SC-120 bag in basic black.
