[MRCA] T195A power supply update

I have a SS HV power supply PS602 to be exact. I've found CR2, R2, and Q2
bad. So far everything else component wise checks out OK. With the
exception of the start module and the 1000 volt module.

They are sealed and I appear to have no way to test them. I am wondering
what caused the above components to fail. I suppose age could be a possible
answer, but I'd like to make sure their failure wasn't caused by something
else in the circuit.
