[MRCA] Knob and switch needed

Any one have an older large "OHMITE" knob for a 6" OD ohmite  rheostat? 
Also I'm looking for a toggle switch. The switch is a Single pole;  Non-trip 
free; 15 amp 30 volt; AN 3100-15; BG-EA, this is what is on the back. 
 
 These go to a panel in my 1955  Canadian radio truck.
 
 Any leads also appreciated.
