OK so many thanks to the direct replies about my first post, I do not
know a lot about these and my goal is to pair this up with my R-392 to
make a GRC-19.
So this is a T-195 and from looking things over these appear to be Solid
state dynamotors (is that the correct term?)
Here is a link to my picasa page to look at the photos for yourself .

The person who sold it to me said it was complete and the LV dyna was
fine, the HV needed to be fixed, as you can see in the photos I got a
box of parts. I guess I need to put the HV one on a bench and try to
figure out the state of the dynamotor.
Am I correct in my assumption this thing is solid state? I see
transistors on it and I don't see anything that looks like a dyna motor
I've ever seen, so I'm not sure if I should call it a dynamotor or a SS
power supply, so I apologize in advance.
My first goal is to determin the state of the HV supply, to see if I can
fix it, or replace it.
Second install it into the transmitter to do a function test.
Third get the cables I need to make it a GRC-19
I also have a huge 28VDC supply from a 500 watt glenayre paging
transmitter that will be stout enough to run this.
