There was a lot of other gear in the 8 to 100 MHz band. I just used TVI as
a catchall for spurious stuff.
Among other things, the WS19 puts out some very strong mixing spurs
centered around the carrier at certain dial settings. A high-Q resonant
circuit really kills that stuff.
