Conditions today were not good.  KW2K and I were operating the PRC1099A out in the yard with a quarter wave wire and counterpoise.  Antenna was maybe 10 feet off the ground at the end.  N3FRQ was unreadable with the TW7000 but we copied him weak readable after he changed radios.  The only other stations that were copyable were KW1I and WB2JWU.
