[MRCA] Inverter Available

OK... I have received numerous requests for more information on this 
unit, so I assume we have interest.  I've been asked if it runs, OK.  At 
this time I cannot say as I've not spun it up, other than to ensure it 
does turn without resistance.  If someone can send me a diagram, I'll 
set the thing up and see (ensure) it does run.  I know there's a control 
function which probably keys a relay/contactor to start this thing.  I 
did apply 28v to it via the input connector but, of course, nothing 
happened.
